Personalized Wooden Farmhouse Tags

These handmade tags are such a nice addition to any home. Place them in a corner, on a mantle, or table. You can also hang them by the twine on the wall. Greenery and rusty cow bell are attached to the third tag and a ticking bow is attached. Metal washers are placed over the twine holes.
